1. Returns & Exchanges

At Bun & Bo, we work with Printify, a print-on-demand provider, to create unique and custom-made products. Since each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please review product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before making a purchase.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We want you to love your order! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

To report a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@inkdgreetings.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item and the issue

  • A description of the problem

We will review your request and respond as quickly as possible. If approved, a replacement will be sent, or a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

3. Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders are processed immediately after purchase, so we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications.

  • If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

4. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

  • If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your local postal carrier before reaching out.

  • If an item is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with Printify and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • If you have not received your refund within 7–10 business days, please contact your bank before reaching out to us.
